The Process:

First, submit your application to the Financial Care Ministry. You will be contacted in 5-9 business days by a team member regarding your application. We are not setup to help with emergency needs.

Note: We provide financial assistance to a person or family up to one time in a twelve-month period. The church is not able to provide assistance with the following: legal fees, late fees, taxes, credit card bills, or any expense for which it is deemed that assistance would contribute to an enabling situation for the person/family.

The Well Church has great relationships with many local organizations that have access to many additional resources.  We suggest that you schedule a visit to House of Neighborly Service in Loveland or Serve 6.8 in Fort Collins soon after submitting your form to the church.  Below is a link to a list of local organizations that offer help in a variety of ways.
